Air Bright
What do you think of my poem?
A series of eight haikus forming a large poem. I wrote it for school last year, but I really like it. It’s called “Daybreak” (there’s a small chance that some of these animals would be together, so please excuse that hehe):
Calmness fills the air
Bright starts dance in the moonlight
The lights sing to me
Sounds of the night call
Crickets and cicadas chirps
Frogs croak together
Sights cloud the dark sky
Fireflies dance gracefully
Owls watch on branches
The sounds are ceasing
Animals start to retreat
For daybreak is near
On the horizon
Beams of light rise from their sleep
Illuminating
Birds sing to others
A tune, a weightless feather
Falling from the sky
Insects fly like wind
Butterflies and dragonflies
Soar through the morning
Daybreak is rebirth
Daybreak is another chance
To live life freely
Luvly poem. Its nice
